All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via the methods shown at checkout (Cash On Delivery and bKash).

4. Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

📦 Shipping

Inside Dhaka: Delivery typically takes 1 to 2 days.
Outside Dhaka: Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 days.

Note: Delivery may be delayed due to severe weather, logistical issues, or other unavoidable issues. We will inform you if delays occur.

🔄 Returns

You must notify us about returns on the same day you receive the product.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
We may request clear proof (photo or video) in case of damage or incorrect delivery.
Returns requested after the delivery day will not be accepted.
If returns are accepted, return shipping costs are bound upon customers unless there are any mistakes from our part.

💰 Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 days to your original payment method.
Refund duration may vary based on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our products contain safety guidelines on the packaging and suggest to follow them properly.
